Drop Offs:
We accept drop-offs without an appointment during regular warehouse hours. The warehouse is located at Heritage Place, Building #2, 439 S. Union Street in Lawrence. Upon entering the parking lot, stay to the left of the building and proceed to a loading dock with 4 bays and a big dumpster. Pull up at the stairs marked "Shipping and Receiving" and call 978-270-9878 to have a volunteer assist you in unloading. Please note, this phone number is for the warehouse only.
Pick Ups:
For larger donations, please call our office at 978-470-1356, or email to schedule a pick-up. Our pick-up times vary as our trucks and drivers are generously donated by local businesses. We appreciate your patience in scheduling a pick up time that works for you and for us. If we are unable to get a truck in a timely fashion, we will work directly with the social worker associated with the client-in-need to facilitate pick up.
What We Accept:
We accept all gently used items that might be used to furnish an apartment. We do not accept clothing of any kind. All donations must be in good condition. We do not accept torn or stained upholstered furniture.

100% of your cash contributions go toward serving our community. Your monetary donations help us to purchase those items for which there are fewer donations, but many needs, like mattresses and pots and pans.
