We partner with social service agencies to provide furniture and household goods to your clients, free of charge. Please email us at info@phama.org to receive a partnering contract. All referring social /case workers must perform home visits in order to partner with PHA. Once we have received your signed contract, we will send you the Client Checklist. Checklists need to be completely filled out at the time of the home visit with quantities of items noted. You can bring your clients to our warehouse during our hours of operation or come and make selections for them. In either case, the checklist should be filled out during the home visit – not while walking around PHA. No appointments are needed. If you choose to send clients in by themselves, please note they must have a completed checklist as well as a letter of introduction from you with the date of the home visit noted. Without these two items, clients will not be able to enter PHA on their own. We are here to help your clients and it is hard for us to turn them away, so please make sure they have the proper paperwork and that it is filled out correctly.

Please do not have your clients rent a truck for their initial visit to PHA. We may or may not have all the furniture they are in need of when they visit the first time. We allow clients to put any furniture they select on hold for one week in order to allow them to arrange for a proper vehicle to pick up the items. Unfortunately, we can not extend past the one week hold so it is important that they do make arrangements in that time period. They should also bring someone to help them carry the furniture and to secure it in their car. We cannot help with this part of their visit. So any muscle or rope is up to them!

Good Night’s Sleep Program

To participate in our Good Night’s Sleep Program, which provides new mattresses/box spring springs for your clients who currently are in need of beds, you need to sign a Good Night Sleep Provider contract with us. Please email us at goodnightsleep@phama.org to do so. Please note that we no longer provide gently used mattresses for clients.
