Adam Rodgers joined Project Home Again in March of 2026. Adam brings more than fifteen years of nonprofit leadership experience. He has extensive experience in fundraising, financial oversight, board collaboration, and community partnership, along with a strong background in nonprofit accounting and organizational leadership. He is known for his collaborative, relationship-centered approach and his commitment to mission-driven work.

After a 24 year career at the Bank of New York Mellon, Allison began volunteering at Project Home Again. When the chance to take a bigger role arose, she was excited for the opportunity. Allison looks forward to making a difference in our clients lives and making a positive impact for all involved.
