Some truly positive things did happen for PHA during this difficult year, but next year, even when the vaccine has been distributed, the new normal is going to be bleak for many in our community. Because of the prediction of a record number of evictions, domestic violence cases, unemployment, loss of health benefits, all in a community hit harder by COVID than most, we are gearing up for our most challenging year since we began in 2003.
