Donate Goods

We’re thrilled to receive your donations! Before arriving at PHA to deliver, please take a look at the items we accept as well as our donation drop off hours.

Current items needed most: comforters and sheets of all sizes, towels, curtains and rods, floor lamps, coffee tables, small kitchen tables, dressers, new pillows, and vacuums.

How To Drop Off Your Donations

Wednesdays from 11am-1pm

123 Tewksbury Street, Andover, MA 01810

(978) 409-1930

GPS is a bit wonky in our area. Best to use the map on our Hours page and write down directions before you visit. When you enter the property through the wire fence, make a left and you will see a sign for the A & M Roofing Office. Take a right, keeping the blue building on your left. You will see our front door on your left. Take a left and our garage door is clearly marked about  20 feet up. Simply ring the doorbell next to our garage door and volunteers will come out to accept your donation.

We kindly remind you to make donation drop-offs only during our hours of operation. Because we are tenants, it is important that nothing is left and considered a nuisance to our landlord. Thanks for your cooperation.

Still have questions? You can email us at

Small items are welcome for drop off at our facility. Should you have large furniture, you can schedule a pickup. We’d be happy to pick it up from you.

What We Accept

We accept almost all new and gently-used furniture, small appliances, and household goods. All donations must be in good condition. We do not accept upholstered furniture or linens that are torn, stained, or show excessive wear. A good rule of thumb is if you are tired of something, we want it. If you would not have a guest sit on it, sleep on it, or eat off of it, we kindly ask that you do not bring it to us.

We are also happy to accept items you would like us to sell at our booth at the Canal Street Antique Market. It enables us to raise money to purchase mattresses for our Good Night Sleep Program. Antiques, mid century modern pieces, or other “interesting” items that our clients do not need for their homes can still benefit them!

If you have something other than what’s listed below or an “unusual” donation, please feel free to email us at to discuss it. Thanks so much for seeking us out – we appreciate each and every donation!
